Mark Murphy brings over 30 years of experience in Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, with a focus on building strong teams and creating lasting impact. As a Lean and Six Sigma-trained leader, he has led major process improvements and operational initiatives at companies including FMC Lithium and Cummins. Rooted in the belief, “Whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant,” Mark leads with a servant leadership style, putting people first and uplifting employees, participants, and the broader community. He believes that supporting others is the key to building strong teams, meaningful impact, and lasting results. Outside of work, Mark enjoys woodworking, gardening, fishing, and giving back through Habitat for Humanity.
Beth leverages over 15 years of experience in mission-driven manufacturing to champion inclusive employment and social impact. Her leadership has helped bridge the gap between purpose and market, expanding commercial opportunities in food manufacturing and driving workforce inclusion through initiatives like AbilityOne and federal contracting. Beth is also deeply engaged in her community, serving on boards and supporting youth sports programs. Outside the office, she finds balance paddleboarding and enjoying time with her family on the lake.

Carla Hill, MSW, earned her Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has spent her career helping individuals with disabilities discover their strengths and achieve their goals. With a passion for person-centered care, she leads with empathy and innovation, believing that growth happens when people are truly seen and supported. Guided by her favorite reminder, “The same old thinking—the same old results,” Carla continues to shape programs that uplift both the people we serve and the teams who serve them. Outside of work, she volunteers with the Brevard Music Center and enjoys hiking, theatre, and time with her family and friends.
Eric Wilson has more than 20 years of experience leading food safety and quality initiatives for top brands including Nestlé, Dole, ConAgra, and Pioneer. At ALULA, he drives a culture of excellence, focusing on continuous improvement, regulatory integrity, and innovation across every product and process. He believes true success comes from developing every resource—people, systems, and processes—to their fullest potential. An Eagle Scout and longtime volunteer with the Boy Scouts and local food banks, Eric lives by Aristotle’s words: “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, tinkering with cars and stereo systems, and exploring new foods and places.
