Honoring Legacy & Empowering Futures

$50,000 Gift from Vocational Solutions Helps Expand Disability Support Services at TVS

TVS is deeply honored to receive a generous $50,000 donation from Vocational Solutions of Henderson County—a gift that not only provides meaningful financial support but also symbolizes a shared commitment to uplifting individuals with disabilities throughout Western North Carolina.

“This donation is more than a gift—it’s a vote of confidence in the work we do every day. We are honored to continue the mission Vocational Solutions championed for so many years and are committed to building on that legacy to support and empower even more individuals in our community.”
—Lora Allemeier, CEO, TVS

This generous contribution comes during a time of transition, as Vocational Solutions closed their doors earlier this year. In the months since, TVS has had the privilege of welcoming many of their former participants into our programs, ensuring continuity of care, support, and opportunity. The trust extended to us through this donation, and through their referral of participants, is deeply meaningful.

At TVS, we believe in building pathways to purpose and independence for individuals with disabilities. This donation will go directly toward expanding and enhancing our programs and services; helping more individuals gain job readiness skills, find meaningful employment, and build fulfilling, empowered lives.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Rear Admiral William Rodriguez and the Vocational Solutions Board of Directors for this meaningful recognition. We are honored to carry forward the legacy of Vocational Solutions with compassion, dedication, and a continued focus on the people we serve.

Together, we are creating a stronger, more inclusive community—one where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
