Job Support from ALULA
In partnership with the NC Division of Employment and Independence for People with Disabilities (EIPD), our Employment Specialists provide personalized support to help individuals succeed in the workplace:
- Vocational Evaluation – Discover realistic employment goals and identify strategies to thrive.
- Job Preparation – Build essential skills in communication, resume writing, and interview readiness.
- Job Development – Find the right job match through guided support with applications, interviews, and negotiations.
- Job Coaching – One-on-one, on-the-job guidance with regular check-ins to support growth, confidence, and satisfaction at work.
- Long-Term Vocational Support – Monthly guidance to ensure stability and growth in careers of choice.
Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)
A bright future starts with the right skills and guidance. Our Preparation for Employment Success team helps students with an IEP or 504 plan to explore their talents, interests, and goals—building confidence and skills to step into meaningful work, continued education, or other post-graduation opportunities. Available to students from local schools and home-school programs.
